Overview
SFD series high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure two-color water level gauges are suitable for liquid level monitoring of steam boilers, pressure vessels and pipeline water levels with nominal pressures less than or equal to 32MPa. It is a summary of our company's more than 20 years of experience in producing water level gauges at home and abroad. Developed on the basis of the advantages of the two-color Water Level Gauge , it has the advantages of no or few blind areas, good self-flushing effect, clear display, easy maintenance, safety and reliability, etc. It is currently the most ideal instrument for monitoring boiler bubble water level.
Structural principles
This Water Level Gauge consists of four parts: meter body, valve, light source and shell.
Monitoring method | Direct vision, TV monitoring, alarm |
Water level display mode | Steam red, liquid green |
lighting source | Cold light source (special "LED") |
Installation center distance | 600 or 670mm (can be designed according to user requirements) |
Connection form | Welding and flange (can be designed according to user requirements) |
Installation direction | left or right |
Working principle
The observation holes of the five-window, seven-window, and nine-window Water Level Gauge s are on two straight lines of the meter body, and the blind area in the middle is eliminated by staggering the observation holes. The light emitted by the light source passes through the red and green color filters and is emitted to the body liquid cavity of the water table. In the vapor phase part of the surface, the red light is emitted directly forward, while the green light is emitted obliquely to the wall and is absorbed. In the liquid phase inside the surface, due to the refraction of water, green light is emitted directly forward, while red light is absorbed obliquely on the wall. Therefore, if you observe directly in front, you will get the display effects of steam red, water green, steam full red, and water full green.
SFD | High-pressure and ultra-high-pressure two-color Water Level Gauge codes |
